Family reunion

According to Vishesh Chandiok – national managing partner, Grant Thornton, the only cases where a reunion may be possible, is where ownership of the businesses is still joint but management was spilt, and at least one of the businesses is professionally managed. In such a case, Chandiok feels the room for ego clash is significantly smaller since family members don’t need to learn to start working together and sharing decision making.
