Stage I - Conceptual design

• Understand the objectives of the event
• Developing a robust process to conduct the event vis-à-vis the following:
  • Practicality of implementation, and
  • Achievement of objectives

Stage II - Assistance in operationalizing the Event

Develop the following:

• Evaluation criteria and parameters for each event
• Designing the detailed application form/questionnaire (based on event mandate)
• Finalise results

Stage III - Acting as the Official Tabulators

• Performing tests on the information provided and on the adherence to the laid down process
• Capturing feedback from respondents and tabulating them ( In terms of an awards event we would capture votes from the jury)

Stage IV - Facilitating Mandate

• Formulation of data evaluation as per event criteria
• Preparation of dockets
• Presentation of the entire process to the industry partner/s
