Grant Thornton in India has grown over the years through a mix of both organic growth and mergers.

• the Indian firm adopted the international name of Grant Thornton in May 2000.
• today, it has grown to be one of the largest accountancy and advisory firms in India with nearly 1,000 professional staff in New Delhi, Bangalore, Chandigarh, Chennai, Gurgaon, Hyderabad, Mumbai and Pune, and affiliate arrangements in most of the major towns and cities across the country.
