We all like to know how we're doing. Feedback helps you to develop and helps us to see how you're progressing. Formal and informal appraisal discussions are held regularly with you. We also have mechanisms where you can receive open feedback from multiple sources. This enables us to identify your strengths and achievements and any areas for future development. At the same time it provides you with the opportunity to talk about your experiences and any challenges you may be facing. Considerable time is also spent discussing your career aspirations and setting goals for the future.
As a firm we also like to know from our staff how we are doing so we carry out regular Engagement surveys and multi source feedback exercises.
